I never write reviews, but I’m making an exception for Jesse because he absolutely earned it. Our freezer started making a loud buzzing noise and eventually stopped cooling properly. Another company diagnosed it as a major repair approaching $2,000. Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion from Jesse — and I’m incredibly glad I did. He opened up the evaporator section, found the fan trapped in heavy ice buildup, carefully thawed and cleaned everything, tested the system thoroughly, and got the freezer back to normal operation. What impressed me most was how honest and thoughtful he was throughout the process. We talked about treating people the way we’d want to be treated, and that’s exactly how he approached the job. He explained everything clearly, never pushed unnecessary repairs, and genuinely cared about solving the actual problem instead of selling work that wasn’t needed. He was incredibly personable and down to earth — honestly rare to find in any service business. Jesse was awesome. Came out installed a new fan in my LG refrigerator. He gave expert recommendations on avoiding the problem in the future. After finishing and on his way out I mentioned my garbage disposal was not working. He fixed in 5 minutes and said no charge. What a wonderful knowledgeable guy. Very likable. He’s my new repair guy. Make him yours too!!
